Some rugs deserve more than an in-home clean. We collect rugs from across Sheffield and bring them back to our facility for a full immersion wash, the only way to really lift years of foot traffic, pet residues and dust trapped deep in the pile.
Each rug is identified by fibre and dye type, dusted to remove the dry soil that surface cleaning leaves behind, then washed flat with appropriate pH-balanced shampoos. Wools, silks, hand-knotted Persians and modern viscose blends are all treated to method.
Rugs are dried flat in a controlled environment, groomed to restore pile direction, and delivered back to your door ready to walk on, typically within 5-7 working days.
